Creative Iron Designs is a unique metal studio located in the Historic South End district of Charlotte, North Carolina. We specialize is wrought iron. We are not a "welding shop", but creative people who use welders. We are passionate about what we do and enjoy creating hand crafted furnishings and works of art that add value to your surroundings and compliments your distinctive style.
We have been playing with fire & metal for a some time and with a background in design, art and construction, not only do We have the experience and special tools but also the talent to handle any job - basic iron staircases and balcony railings, ornamental entry iron gates, hand forged furniture, and decorative elements and accessories of any kind.
From offering suggestions and solutions to design, fabrication, finishing and installation, we provide a turnkey hand crafted product. Just bring us your concept and imagination and and we will show you how to create it !

Custom Iron Circle Table
Repourposed Rustic Chain Light
This Light fixture was made from a old wheel, pully and rusty chain. We then put it all together to create this awesome fixture for our clients cabin. It was finished in laquer, vintage cloth cord, and Eddison bulb.
Wrought Iron Wine Bottle Light Fixture
We made this Iron chandilier so our client could display their collection of wine bottles from their tavels around the word. We were able to create this great light fixture that houses !8 of their favorite wine bottles collected.
